4th Annual James D. Gallagher Memorial Golf Tournament

Penn State Scranton Athletics is pleased to announce the 4th Annual James D. Gallagher Memorial Golf Tournament, scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026, at Pocono Farms Country Club.

The tournament brings together alumni, friends and supporters of Penn State Scranton Athletics for a day of golf and community while honoring the memory and legacy of Dr. James D. Gallagher. 

Participants and sponsors will have the opportunity to support Penn State Scranton student-athletes while enjoying a day on one of the region’s most scenic golf courses. The cost is $125 per golfer or $450 per foursome.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Penn State Scranton Athletics and its 13 varsity programs.

8:30–9:45 a.m. — Registration and breakfast
10 a.m. — Shotgun start
3 p.m. — Post-tournament awards luncheon
